- ¾ cup whole milk or half-and-half
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, or your choice
- 1 cup sautéed spinach or chopped bell peppers
- ½ cup cooked mushrooms drained
